Approve a building block run

POST 
/api/meshobjects/meshbuildingblockruns/:blockRunUuid/approve

Approves a meshBuildingBlockRun that waits for approval, so that it applies the plan of its predecessor run. If a newer plan replaced the one you reviewed, the request answers with 409; review the new plan and approve again. A run that does not wait for approval answers with 400. Only admins and the workspace that owns the building block definition may approve. A CLI login needs write or full access.
